End User License Agreement (EULA)

Subject to this Agreement and (where applicable) your active subscription, Site Solved grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes, including to:

• Generate, edit, and publish websites using the Service
• Use websites created through the Service for your business
• Download or export website output where such functionality is provided

This license does not grant you ownership of the Service or its underlying technology.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you provide, including text, images, logos, and business information (“Your Content”). You grant Site Solved permission to host, process, and display Your Content solely to operate, maintain, and improve the Service and to provide the features you request.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to use all content you upload or publish.

Service and technology

Site Solved retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including its software, templates, design systems, generation technology, infrastructure, underlying code, and features. No rights are transferred except those explicitly granted in this Agreement.

The Service is a self-service software platform. Site Solved does not provide manual website design, development, or custom done-for-you services. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all website content and settings before publishing.

The Service may generate text, layout choices, and other content using artificial intelligence. Generated output may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all generated content before publishing, including verifying its accuracy and suitability for your business.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, copy, resell, or redistribute the Service
• Use the Service to create or publish unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or fraudulent content
• Attempt to access systems or data without authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt platform operation
• Use the Service to host malware, spam, or illegal material

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or applicable law.

The Service may include hosting and publishing features. While we aim for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, uptime, error-free operation, or permanent storage. You are responsible for maintaining copies of your content where needed.

Access to certain features may require an active paid subscription. If your subscription ends or is canceled, access to certain features (including hosting or publishing) may be limited or discontinued.

We may modify, update, or discontinue features of the Service at any time to improve functionality, security, performance, or compliance.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate this Agreement or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your license ends immediately.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Site Solved disclaims all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee business outcomes, search rankings, customer leads, or results from websites created using the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Site Solved will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of your principal place of business, excluding conflict of law rules, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
